Basic information on data protection

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), before you submit your details we inform you of the following:

Purpose: To manage your unsolicited application and assess your professional profile for possible recruitment processes and job opportunities that may arise in the company.
Legal basis: Consent of the data subject, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting this form.
Retention: We will keep your data and your CV for a maximum of 12 months from receipt. After that period they are deleted, unless you ask us to erase them sooner or you send us your details again.
Recipients: Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law and, where applicable, to suppliers providing services necessary to manage recruitment processes, acting as data processors. There are currently two: Sarenet, S.A.U., which hosts the site’s infrastructure (servers located in Spain / European Union), where your application and your CV are stored; and Microsoft, through the Microsoft 365 corporate email service, used to send the internal notice that you have submitted an application — that notice includes your name and neither attaches nor links to your CV. Microsoft 365 is provided by a US company and we cannot assure you that this email is processed solely on European Union servers, so an international transfer limited to that notice cannot be ruled out; the rest of your application data does not leave Sarenet’s infrastructure.
Your rights: You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, and exercise your rights of objection, restriction and portability under the applicable legislation, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacidad@quapharma.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Two recommendations before sending your CV:

Please do not include special category data in your CV (health, disability, trade union membership, ideology, religion, racial or ethnic origin, sex life or sexual orientation), unless you choose to provide it voluntarily.
The data you provide us with must be accurate; please let us know of any changes to it.
